Jim Schilling Grew up in the Bay Area working with his family in the construction industry. Their company, South Valley Developers, is involved an all aspects of construction. Jim moved to Las Vegas and worked for Pulte Homes for 4 years, before starting his own business.

Kirk Schilling Also grew up working for South Valley Developers. Kirk now leads the Schilling General Contractors Design Team creating construction documents for both commercial and residential projects. Kirk is a talented designer with a Professional Bachelors Degree in Architecture from California Polytechnic State University. With a lifetime of construction and design experience, Kirk creates stunning custom homes and luxurious office buildings with both exterior and interior design services.

Mark Frehner Was born and raised in the Las Vegas area. Mark became familiar with the construction industry while working for a large masonry company. He perfected his skill as a mason and learned everything about running and operating a business in the construction industry. Mark formed Frehner Masonry in 1998. They have grown into a strong entity consisting of 80 plus employees providing top quality masonry for numerous builders in town.
